Volunteer meetings

Place: Downtown Eau Claire Mall, Community room (located at the old Imax theater entrance)
Parking is free if you can find a meter or $2 if you prefer to park in the underground lot.

If you are volunteering, please try to make at least one of the meetings.

Volunteer Info

No show or organization can fully function or be executed successfully without the help of volunteers. With the growth of our event, we're always on the lookout for more volunteers, to help make this the best event we possibly can.

The easiest and first thing you can do to help us out, is tell everyone about our event! Blog it, Twitter it, Facebook it, grab some postcards and posters and hand them out!

We'll contact everyone that signs up as we move closer to the event date with information on: volunteer meetings, schedules, rules, responsibilities, etc.
