Peter Facinelli is best known to Twilight fans as Dr. Carlisle Cullen, the father of all the vampire Cullen family. He appears to have the physical age of 23, and is described to look like a model with blond hair, slender but muscular. His character believes that when a human is turned into a vampire, they will have an enhanced ability, and he's brought compassion from his human life. He's not tempted by human blood, and has dedicated himself to becoming a knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Cullen plays a prominent role throughtout the entire Twilight Saga series.

Tyson Houseman

Actor Tyson Houseman was born and raised in Edmonton, and was cast at Quil Ateara in the Twilight Saga. His film debut was in the franchise's second film, New Moon. As a member of the infoamous wolf pack, Quil is Jacob's best friend and second cousin. Although he appears in New Moon, he doesn't become a wolf until Eclipse.

Alex Meraz

Alex Meraz is an actor/dancer from Arizona who was cast as the Wolf Pack's Paul in The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Paul is prone to angry outbursts which cause him to transform into one of the bigger wolves with dark gray fur. He becomes so angry when he becomes aware that Jacob told Bella about the wolf pack that he turns into his wolf form and tries to attack her. Alex will also be appearing in Twilight: Eclipse which will be released in theaters in June.

The Calgary Expo is proud to welcome Malcolm McDowell as the Horror Guest of Honor! From Clockwork Orange, Tank Girl, Heroes, Halloween, and the man who killed Captain Kirk! In celebration of the upcoming 30th anniversary of A Clockwork Orange, we'll also be presenting a special screening of the film with an intro from Malcolm himself! Details to follow!

Paul McGillion

Paul McGillion was born in Paisley, Scotland but emigrated with his family to Canada at the age of 2. He's worked extensively in film, TV and theatre for over 15 years and is best known for the role of 'Dr.Carson Beckett', the loveable Scottish physician in 'Stargate: Atlantis.

He was initially cast as a recurring guest in season 1, but his character appeared so frequently that he was promoted to a main character in seasons 2 and 3.

Tahmoh Penikett

Canadian Tahmoh Penikett is best known as Lieutenant Karl “Helo” Agathon on the Emmy Nominated Sci Fi series Battlestar Galactica for which he has received the prestigious Peabody Award. Prior to Battlestar Galactica, Tahmoh joined the cast of the critically acclaimed Canadian series The Cold Squad for their final season. His performance on that series earned him a LEO award nomination. Fans that wanted to see him last year will be happy to know that he'll be here!

One of the most well known and beloved science-fiction figures ever, Leonard Nimoy is an accomplished actor, director and photographer.

Practically a living legend, Leonard Nimoy is best known for his role in Star Trek as First Officer Spock. As a pivotal star in one of the most significant science fiction franchises in the last century, Spock has what most consider the most recognizable greeting ("Live long and Prosper") in movie and television history. He's also appearing in the popular series Fringe as William Bell!

Sig Haig is coming to the Calgary Expo!

Sid Haig is an American actor who has starred in dozens of films and television shows. He was a fixture in the films of Roger Corman and well as many “blaxploitation” films of the 1970s. He retired from acting in 1992 because he hated being typecast as the “heavy” in low budget productions, but returned to work for Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown.

Since then he has starred in several films, most notably as Captain Spaulding in Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects, as well as the remake of Halloween.

Brent Spiner portrayed the pale skinned android Lieutenant Commander Data, one of the most popular characters in the Star Trek universe. He appeared in all 7 seasons of Star Trek: Next Generation, Star Trek: Enterprise, as well as 4 Star Trek feature films. Brent has appeared in films such as Independence Day, Superhero Movie, and the Aviator. He's also made many guest appearances in television shows like Night Court, Twilight Zone, Cheers, Friends, Threshold, and Frazier. He's provided his voice talents for the South Park Movie (as Conan O'Brien), Gargoyles(as Puck), and of course a variety of Star Trek video games.

Actor Billy Dee Williams, best known to fans as General Lando Calrissian from Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. He's also reprised his role in other Star Wars projects and video games, as well as GDI Director Redmon Boyle in the game Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. He portrayed district attorney Harvey Dent in the 1989 Tim Burton Batman film.
