Interested in exhibiting at the Calgary Expo? Registration is now open for everyone looking to set up at the convention.

You can view the current floorplan in our exhibitor section, and you can download an exhibitor package.

Please fill out the application and mail it in along with payment to book your space. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Don't delay, the Calgary Expo has sold out of exhibitor space every year! Reserve before December 31st for an early bird discount.

We are currently SOLD OUT of exhibitor booths but are taking a waiting list! Only 6 Artist Alley tables are available!

Join us for next year's event! We're working on our new floorplan for next year, and we're adding the horror genre, an extra 50,000 sq. ft. hall, a larger video game component, and plenty more! Over 10,000 people were at our 2009 event, making it Western Canada's largest pop culture event!

Last year's exhibit space sold out early, so drop us an email at exhibitors@calgaryexpo.com to sign up.

Previous exhibitors will receive an email & exhibitor package before we open it up to the public.

If you're interested in exhibiting, please send in an application by downloading our exhibitor package. Complete the application and mail it in along with payment. We'll process exhibitors in the order they were received. We do not accept online payments.
