Clayton Crain is an American comic book artist. He started working in traditional fashion but now mainly uses digital painting techniques in his art.
Crain started at Image working on The Curse of Spawn and Kiss: Psycho Circus. He then moved on to work on No Honour and Universe.
His first work for Marvel was on various covers and in 2004 he did the four issue mini series Venom vs. Carnage. He then went on to do two Ghost Rider mini series with Garth Ennis and some covers and the occasional interior for Sensational Spider-Man.
Currently Crain is working on providing covers and interiors for X-Force.
