Kei Acedera 
Canadian artist Kei Acedera is the art director at Imaginism Studios. She specializes in art direction, children's illustrations, visual development, and character design for film and television. Her illustrations and paintings have so much charm and broad-based appeal, they never fail to bring a smile to people's faces.
Kei feels a constant need to create. When she is not working her magic on the (digital) canvas, she likes to put together small arts and crafts out of everyday things like Smarties boxes and scrap paper. She also enjoys making little t-shirts for her skinny pig, Toby, who quickly outgrows them.
What Kei loves most about being an independent artist: "As research for our own film and TV projects, we HAVE TO watch cartoons and all the latest animated feature movies. Hey, it's a tough job but somebody has to do it." Both Kei and Toby currently live, work, and play in Toronto, Ontario.
