Greg Rucka
Eisner Award winning crime novelist and comic book writer Greg Rucka has garnered critical and fan acclaim for his characterization, realism, and attention to detail in all of his material.
He began his writing career with his novelized work on his Atticus Kodiak character, a bodyguard whose jobs are rarely as uncomplicated as they first appear. The series has produced five titles to date. His non-Atticus books include Fistful of Rain, A Gentlemen's Game, and Private Wars.
His extensive list of comics-related work includes projects for Oni Press (Queen and Country, Whiteout), Image (Felon), Marvel (Wolverine, Elektra, Black Widow, Spider-Man), and DC Comics (Batman-related titles, Wonder Woman, Omac, Checkmate, and the award winning Gotham Central).
Greg is married to fellow comic writer Jen Van Meter.
